Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. cooked ground beef
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 c. red wine
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. tomato paste (I used the kind with garlic, basil, and oregano)
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer at least 20 minutes or longer, until sauce reaches desired thickness. Makes 3-4 cups of sauce.
